This soothing meditation will begin with a guided practice to gently let go of any thoughts or worries in the mind, followed by a progressive relaxation technique to ease tension in the body and drift into a restful night's sleep.
MEDITATION FOR HEALTHCARE WORKERS
Mondays at 9:00pm
This restorative guided meditation will offer a practical method to release the images and stress accumulated in the mind. As we clear out those images, naturally the body can return to a state of peace, and the mind can be clear and focused.
This guided meditation series is particularly for healthcare professionals, working long days in uncomfortable equipment, facing battles that we never imagined in our lifetime. We honor and thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
